Ok, so far today I have eaten previously mentioned cereal and soy milk. Then 1/2 a carrot on the way into superstore, some grapes, some almonds, a few cashews while chopping them for dinner, 3 prunes and 1/2 a fig. Only 1/2 because I don't care what anyone says, figs are gross. Teresa says they taste like sweet mushy sand and she is right. I have just finished unloading all the groceries, we bought A LOT of veggies. Also some vegan margarine because I am not entirely sure I can eat a dry potato. Did you know that most margarine has buttermilk solids in it? I sure didn't. Some happy news is that I can have dark chocolate chips. That is good. I love chocolate. I don't think I have ever bought that many veggies in one go in my entire life. Here is a fridge shot:

I also just finished cooking my first vegan dinner.
Coconut milk with tofu (a little scared about that),
red curry and lot's and lot's of veggies.
Stuff to go in at the end. Serving with rice noodles
or basmati rice.
Now I am starving. Well, pretty hungry anyway. I will let you know how it tastes.
