Ok, so today we at a lot more vegetables. Boiled potatoes with dill, steamed asparagus and broccoli with chick peas and garlic. I tried some vegan margarine on it. It was good and I feel full but not satisfied. Can that be right? Seems weird, but nevertheless I am headachey and tired. So I am going to bed.
I did make vegan no bake cookies, with soy milk and honey.Anyone wants the recipe let me know. I ate all the remnants out of the pot and it tasted as good as the original. So, maybe all is not lost.

day 2 is over and what do I say to that? THANK GOD. I am really struggling but committed to seeing this through. I think that what makes it harder is that I am not only trying to eat vegan, I am cutting out things like cheetos and chips. I love cheetos and chips. So, I am going to bed again. I think dairy withdrawal is mostly bullshit but I am tired. I thought eating healthier was supposed to give you more energy not less? Whatever. Tomorrow is a new day.
